feat(任务服务): 扩展任务更新接口以支持地址信息

修改 UpdateTaskByStatusAsync 方法，接受 UpdateTaskDto 对象而非单独参数
在 UpdateTaskDto 中添加 NextAddress 和 CurrentAddress 字段
更新相关调用以传递地址信息
调整模拟器配置端口和协议模板
