feat: 更新依赖版本并优化MES接口调用

refactor(WIDESEAWCS_RedisService): 升级Newtonsoft.Json和Microsoft.Extensions.Caching.Memory版本
refactor(WIDESEAWCS_Core): 添加Masuit.Tools.Core依赖并升级Newtonsoft.Json
feat(WIDESEA_TaskInfoService): 启用MES托盘进站接口调用
refactor(StockInfoController): 简化MES接口调用逻辑，移除配置查询
