refactor(StockInfoController): MES调用改为Task.Run异步执行

- InboundInContainer: 改为fire-and-forget Task.Run异步执行MES调用
- OutboundInContainer: 同上
- 添加IStockInfoService依赖注入用于更新MES上传状态
- 方法立即返回success，MES调用在后台处理并更新状态
