fix: 修复API控制器依赖注入和路由配置

- 在Web项目的Program.cs中添加AddControllers()支持
- 添加MapControllers()以映射API路由
- 注册核心服务（ISimulatorInstanceManager, IPersistenceService, IMemoryStore）
- 添加对Server项目的引用以访问API控制器
- 删除复制的控制器文件，使用Server项目中的控制器

修复了点击创建按钮时JSON解析错误：
JsonReaderException: The input does not contain any JSON tokens
